Master Craftsman Renovation

What happens when you have a master craftsman / carpenter / shipwright, to do your renovation? Magic happens! You end up with one of the most unique renovations I have ever seen in the building. The whole apartment has been fully renovated and features an open plan living/dining area with brand new black butt timber floors, stainless steel appliances, masses of bench space that includes a large over hang for a breakfast bar and additional storage cupboards built into one corner of this room (check floor plan for details).

Walking through into the apartment you will no doubt be as impressed as I was, with the level of detail. The toilet was enough of a surprise to me with its hidden cistern and attention to detail, but the real impact hits you as soon as you open the bathroom door.

This is where the craftsman was given free reign and the shipwright in him has certainly come out for full impact. An absolutely stunning, fully fitted bathroom (Miele appliances can be purchased with the property) and twin sinks, heated towel rail and floor to ceiling tiling make this one win the Best In Building Award!
The workmanship is outstanding, even down to the new panelling on every wall and even the doors have all been replaced.

By far the most amazing renovation I have seen in Wilton Court with a level of finish, rarely seen in many renovations.

The Wilton Court complex is renowned as being one of the most proactive complexes in Claremont, with a council of owners that are constantly improving, the building and large grounds. Recent major works include a massive landscaping project and the replacement of the below-ground pool and incorporating limestone walled, terraces that really make a perfect spot for shady, summer fun.
